Mini banded 2000-2100?

I see mini-banded in all ranges but frequently not in the 2000- 2100 range.
Why is that? I am cuurently playing in 1 mini-banded (1900-1949) and I was no match for kwgoodwin and cbd.
More banded tournaments please.
