I usually ask for them in Miscellaneous or Site Suggestion.

id like to see another "clan leaders duel"

only have some guidlines as to having to be a leader for at least a week or 2 so people dont just make one to join, maybe the pairing have something to do with success of the clan? im not sure the rules on the last one..
