Well,if it is indeed that way it's a pretty pointless thing to do.
People should be given MORE tournaments when there are holidays and no job duties,not deprived of all new tournaments creation because there's that crappy "championship" to fill first.

It's evident that a lot of players don't care about it and would like to have banded,thematics,duels and all sorts of new tournaments........
