non_player in tournament

GODISWITHME is listed in the March 06 Grouped Banded 0-1249 : Rnd. 1
but has not made a move since the tournament began. what do we do to remove this person from out game play?

He can be timed out when his timebank expires, and even if his opponents don't click on the skull it'll time out automatically a couple of days later.

but what about the one where they haven't moved yet?

Time controls should start from the moment the game is created.

Edit: Actually I've just checked, and he's back, moving ten minutes ago.

looks like he has joined the games now.
