One More Tournament Suggestion

When I was on vacation this year, we played doubles. I was on one
team with my girlfriend, and my bro-in-law played with my sister.
They knew how to move the pieces, but were lacking in strategy.
Moves were alternated, like alternate shot in team golf. It really
evened out the skill difference between my bro-in-law and me. So,
would it be possible to have a Handicap Tournament, pairing a
higher ranked player with a lower ranked one? You could make the
games unrated so you wouldn't have to deal with the programming
headache. Just another suggestion.
