I'm currently playing in an 8-player tournament. After Round 1 we had 3 players, After Round 2 we had 2 players. We two are now playing Round 5, our third tie-breaker round.
Has anyone had more than this? Does the system allow us to go on forever, or is there some point where a draw is declared?

there is no limit, round after round until one of you wins 2 or 1 and a draw,🙂

May I draw your attention to Tournament 10149 which is currently in it's sixth round of having just two players, and frankly looks like it is going into a seventh!
