Question..

How does the TO work if say a person has not started the game within
the three day span?

In the Alpha Grouped tourney which started on the 8th I still have
quite a few games that I have started mine but they did not start
theirs. There are probably quite a few of these in other divisions I am
sure.

If they do not start within the time limit on the 11th does a claim win
flag come up or what?

but I don't think the TO clock actually begins until the first move is
made. Kind of like the shot clock in basketball doesn't begin until the
ball is inbounds. Just my thoughts, FWIW, which isn't very much. LOL!

Yeah but this is still a three day TO tournament...in an OTB game if
your opponent is not there at the beginning of the game you still start
the clock...if he doesn't show up in an hour...game over.

You are right. This is something I overlooked.

I will try to investigate and rectify this if I can get any coding time
tonight.

If, in a tournament, an opponent doesn't move or moves just once
(so I mean before 2 full moves are made) I expect:
- a win for my tournament (of course)
- the game will list as unrated

Is this the case?
