Question

So, if banned players get crossed out of a tourney, what happens if everyone in the last round ends up getting banned? In a lot of the random grouped tournaments, it's usually only the top players who make it to the last round, and they're most likely to be cheating (not saying that they are, just saying that it's more likely them then people like me). So, does they tournament just sit there forever or is a new last round created with the 2nd places in each of the previous groups?
