The mentally disabled are not a race. Anti-semitism and wierdness are not defining characteristics of a race or of the mentally disabled, though there are often correlations.

Actually this is true to some extent. I've heard that Arabs are semites also.
However, racism against Jews is correctly described as anti-semitism. Check dictionary.com.
