Sometimes all that is needed is a little prompt to admin.

Click on the Send feedback option at the bottom of screen.

I would be more concerned however about getting rid of the "higher ranked" players that are currently in the race.

There are at least 6 persons who definitely don't belong there with historic ratings over 1400 the situation has been brought to the attention of the site admins, but as far as I know no action has been taken. People deregistered for the tournament in consequence.
