Why not create a Clans Tournament, 3 or 4 players by team (with a middle rating of 1650 or 1700 by team and TO 3 days) and Start the Tournament ... (a K.O. is more faster)

There are very few teams who have 4 players with a rating arround 1700, of course, the Dutch Clan does, the Dutch Clan has it all...

makes for well rounded clans!
