There will be a massive number of games in the peace on earth tournament. Far too many for Gatecrasher to look through and decide on the merit prize. I have decided to start a thread where people can post games that they think another player had played well and possibly comment on why they think they played well. I don’t expect the thread to produce a definite winner or even a predicated one but if some people comment on how some people are doing it may give Gatecrasher an easier and fairer time of deciding the merit prize.

Heck, I'll toss in an embarasment Game 1810671. I played for a stupid trap totally misjudged it, went down a piece (should have been 2) fought back, got my piece back and we both had attacks. I totally missed a mate and he saw it, game over.

The game does look pretty drawn but with Sarge's rating I am surprised he didn't try to win this one - not wishing to be disrespectful to pineapple. I wouldn't be that confident of drawing with a 2000 player even from that position. Anyway, well played pineapple, goes to show that you are always in with a chance even against the big guns.
