Time out question???

For the tournaments are we going to claim a time-out win as soon as
we can? Under normal circumstance I would wait at least a week before
claiming a win but are the tournaments different. Personally I feel we
need to set a ruling on this so at least everyone is playing from the
same rule sheet.

From what I understand you have to claim it...but remember this is a
TOURNAMENT...nice guys finish last!

Take the TO's if they are there!
