    I'm in a tournament with zero timeout, and 14 day time bank.
    My opponent has run out of time. What's the ettiquette?

    It seems harsh to claim the wins, but on the otherhand, the point of a zero timeout tournament is to be quick...

    Claim the win, it's a tournament. Would you oblidge your opponenet to more time in an over-the-board game?
