Timeout for never started games.

I've noticed that timebank is not depleting from a game never started. My challenger (White) did not do any move and after 4 days never happened to his timout/timebank. I've not found nothing in the faq. What is going to happen?

the timebank is depleting. However, there is a problem with the script on the game page and it does not show this accurately. If instead you go to your my games page and click the info link next to the game, you will see the correct information.
