OK, we are stuck with this ditzy CHESS CALENDER which only ends a game if a MEANY asks it to. But not in tournaments! Too many people are involved & the CALENDER'S flag should drop when the time expires. What the heck, we have agreed to time limits, why should they be uninforced?

I lost a tournament game to a 7 year old. He deserved it.
In my opinion when the flag drops thats it; however, someone needs to see it. If you do, call it, simple as that.
