Tournament Automatic Timeout?

Does this still happen even when person is on vacation?

Maybe they should get rid of:

Tournament games time out automatically 2 days after the timeout period expires.
Games can not be reinstated.

from tournament page then. Or add a disclaimer about vacation flag.
