Tournament: claim or not?

I have a game going against Godzillion.
It's the last game of the second round of a tournament (it's a knockout iv) and I can claim the win.
I won the first game of this minimatch and I am in a better position in this game.

To me the vacation sign means "no claiming TO", regardless of whether it's a regular, clan or tournament game. And anyway, in tournaments, the automatic timeout kicks in after the TO limit has been exceeded by a couple of days. Personally, I would wait.
