very soon, Russ just gives them time in case people drop out and because sometimes hes not on to start the tourney or hes waiting for others to fill so that he can start them all at once. That sorta thing, but it should be started right away
Tournament # 491, Thrud Grouped Random says "Open to new entrants", but if you try to join it then tells you it's full. Can we please have a new tournament for everyone using 3 day moves w/ a 7 day time bank?
