tournaments for non subscribers

i was just wondering are there ever tournaments for none subscribers if there are can you tell me there names.

Who creates the tournaments? Could I create a tournament?

The admins create the tournaments. They won't create a tourney for non-subs, why not subscribe! come on in the water's lovely.

Frankly if there were tournies for non-subs, I wouldn't renew my membership. The 50+ concurrent games are actually too much and I don't have the will power to knock it down to 20. Clans are good too but contribute heavily to the game load.
