I hope all have written down their section TD's email addy's...if not...I
need all of the section TD's to respond under this with their section
and addy so we can keep this thing clear and fair.
If anything goes foul in the first few days the people that have a bye
in the first round will be expected to play...all people with Byes please
email me...most of them already have my addy and know what is up.
This is the pairings...and it is final...two games...1 white...1
black...whoever has white will email their section TD with the game
number and say their name vs their opponent is now ongoing.
This once again is RATED...7 day TO...and that will be strictly
enforced...you win by TO you win...no bones about it.
People with byes automatically get placed into the second round...due
to them being the highest rated person in their section.
Anyone that sees a mistake please contact me immediaetly.
