i think it means that anyone rated higher than 2000 AND less than 0 can enter 😉

i spose that explains why there are no entrants ... maybe someone better mention it to russ or chris ... they can set the max as 3000 or so.

until then it certainly is an elitist tourney !!!!

Even though 0 is supposedly the max rating, the entry still works as intended.
