What are the conditions to join in a tournament?

Hi! I'm newcomer (1 & half month), i've met some of RHP's player.
I'd like to know how happen the tournament. Are they RHP's
tournament? Or they're only private? Is there a reglement ? Is anyone
the responsable oh RHP's tournaments? And who is he?
CAn anyone gently answer to me ?

Anyone who playes at Red Hot Pawn is welcome to join the
tournaments. Russ (Co-owner of Red Hot Pawn site). Is developing a
tournament page. See his post. You may want to join the first Official
Red Hot Pawn tournament. Tournament prior to this were managed by
volunteers such as myself, Schiliemann, Sintubin, Lioness and
assistaed by maggoteer with his site.
