I'm still playing in the Rookie CupII which started the 9th February................2004!!
We're in round four and with a 7 day T/O + 14 T/B I bet that in 2006 this tournament will be still going..............

So that's more than 2 years already and there is another round or two to go!
Oh my...............this tournament started the 24th January 2003!!
However I notice that the vast majority of old tournys, which are still in progress, has a 7 days T/O and no timebank and without timebank the guys take all seven days to make their move.......
That's why now I play only 3 days timeouts, having a tournament going on for years becomes frustrating after awhile;I know that this is correspondence chess but..............
Still stuck in the first round of The Monsters of Rock Prize Fight which started on 11 July 2004! Only one game remains and it's been like this pretty much since the beginning of the year, it's highly frustrating!

Hehe,it was not a surprise when I saw that it's skeeter to hold the tourny's round..................
However the tournament started on July 2004,it's pretty young, think of Mr.Tebb who's playing in a 26 months old competition!

What's the story there then? Shouldn't the games auto-timeout?
The oldest tournament I'm in is the 1975 Pronsen's cup.
As things stand now I'll probably end up fourth. But...
If Philip dies, I may end up third and win 14 pounds!!!
some of these tournies sound ok ... but check out the "having fun" tourney, there are lods of us still playing, only groupsize two, and 14 days per move ... we could be playing for 10 years!
