Wording on "enter tournament" page

The "Enter tournament" page has not yet been updated to reflect the new vacation system; it still warns that "Your vacation setting will not be respected".

Russ announced that "The new vacation system introduces protection from timeouts during a pre-arranged vacation period. This will apply to all games, including tournament games"
