Nenad Šulava is a Croatian chess Grandmaster and chess trainer. Born in 1962, he earned his Grandmaster title in 1993 and has represented Croatia in international competition. He participated in the chess Olympiads in 1992 and 1994 as a member of the Croatian national team, with the team achieving a silver medal in 1992. He's also known for his work as a chess coach, notably coaching the Croatian women's team at the 1992, 1994, and 1996 chess Olympiads. With Šulava's coaching, the team won a bronze medal in 1992.
