Orazly Annageldyev is a Turkmenistani chess Grandmaster and the 1996 Chess Champion of Turkmenistan. 

Annageldyev gained the title of International Master in 1996 after becoming National Champion. Following his success, FIDE awarded him the Grandmaster title in 1999. He participated in the Chess Olympiads representing Turkmenistan in 1994 and 1996 and achieved noteworthy results. During the 1998 Chess Olympiad, he played for Swiss team Lugano and in 2004, he represented Monaco.
Besides his player role, he also served as a coach of the women's national team of Monaco at the 39th Chess Olympiad in 2010.
