Bibisara Assaubayeva is a Kazakhstani chess grandmaster, born in Taraz on February 26, 2004, and the reigning three-time Women's World Blitz Champion. Taught by her grandfather, she played her first game at four, won her first city championship at six, and took the Woman FIDE Master title at seven after winning the World Youth Championship's girls under-8 section in Brazil.

She entered the Guinness World Records book as the youngest women's World Blitz Champion, winning the 2021 title and retaining it in 2022 and 2025, and was named Asia's Outstanding Female Chess Player of 2021 while still a teenager. Her full Grandmaster title, awarded in 2025, made her the 43rd woman in history to earn it.
