Mahel Boyer is a French chess grandmaster. His norms came at the Festival des Jeux in February 2022, the Southend Masters in April 2023 and the Cap d'Agde Grand Prix in November 2024, and the title was awarded in August 2025.

At the European Rapid Championship in December 2024 he was the highest-finishing International Master in the field, tying for fourth alongside seven grandmasters, and in February 2025 he won the Cappelle-la-Grande Open, edging out grandmaster P. Iniyan on tiebreaks.
