Kirill Vladimirovich Bryzgalin is a Russian chess Grandmaster. He was born on December 3, 1979 in Russia. He won the Russian Youth Chess Championship in the U12 division in 1992 and went on to win the European Youth Chess Championship in the U14 division in 1994.
After scoring well in a series of tournaments, Bryzgalin was awarded the International Master title in 1997 and subsequently the Grandmaster title in 1998. He has won several other prestigious chess tournaments, including the Saint Petersburg Chess Championship in 2000 and the Russian Chess Championship Higher League in 2001. He has also competed in the FIDE World Chess Championship 2002, where he was eliminated in the first round.
Bryzgalin has been active in team chess competitions as well. He has represented his country in the European Team Chess Championship and played for Russia in the Chess Olympiad.
