Neuris Delgado Ramírez is a Cuban, and later Paraguayan, chess Grandmaster. Born on 28 September 1981 in Santa Clara, Cuba, Neuris won the Paraguayan Chess Championship in 2014 and 2015. He made his debut as part of the Cuban chess team in 2008 in the 38th Chess Olympiad. In 2010, he switched to the Paraguayan team and participated in multiple tournaments such as the Pan American Team Chess Championship in 2013 and the Chess Olympiad in 2014 and 2016. He also competed in the World Cup in 2013 and 2015.
