Jorge Roberto Elias Reyes is a Cuban chess grandmaster. In February 2025 he won the Cuban Chess Championship undefeated on 7/10 - the first time since 1999 the national title had been taken by a player not yet holding the Grandmaster title.

His norms came at the Guillermo Garcia Memorial in May 2023, the Capablanca Memorial Open in May 2024 and the Floripa Open in January 2026, where a perfect six-round start left him co-leading with grandmaster Andre Diamant and an 8/10 finish sealed the title, awarded in 2026.
