GM David García Ilundáin

David García Ilundáin (born 23 January 1978) is a Spanish chess player. He was awarded the title of Grandmaster in 2005. Ilundáin was born in Pamplona and was introduced to chess at a young age. He won the Navarre Championship in 2002, 2003, 2005, and 2007, and the Spanish Rapid Chess Championship in 2005. He has also represented Spain in several team events, including the Chess Olympiad and the European Team Chess Championship. Currently, Ilundáin is focused on teaching chess and has published several articles related to the game.
