Nikolozi Kacharava (born November 10, 1991) is a Georgian chess player holding the title of Grandmaster (GM). He was awarded the International Master (IM) title in 2010 and the Grandmaster title in 2014.
In the early years of his career, Kacharava was a successful junior player. Some key achievements include winning the U10 European Championship in 2001, finishing second in the U12 World Championship in 2003, and becoming the World School Chess Champion in the U13 category in 2005.
During his professional career, he has won and achieved high placements in several tournaments. In 2007, he became the Georgian Junior Champion and worked his way up to compete in the Georgian chess championship.
Throughout his career, Kacharava has also competed successfully in team events, representing Georgia in the World Youth U16 Chess Olympiad, and participating in the European Club Cup with the team from the city of Batumi, his hometown.
