Erdem Khubukshanov is a Russian chess grandmaster. He won the under-19 Russian Youth Blitz Championship in January 2025, and two months later took the Russian Junior Championship with 6.5/9, half a point clear of Konstantin Popov.

His norms came at Chelyabinsk in April 2022, the Aeroflot Open in March 2024 and the Russian team league final that May, with the Grandmaster title awarded in 2026.
