Born on June 20, 1988, in Ukraine, Kislinsky took interest in chess at an early age and climbed up the global ranks over the years.
In the year 2008, Kislinsky earned the prestigious FIDE Master title, followed by securing the International Master title in 2010. His impressive and formidable skill in chess led to him winning several national and international tournaments.
A significant achievement in his chess career was in 2014 when he won the Open Paradis Park Chess Festival that took place in Barcelona. Furthermore, in 2016, Kislinsky won the memorial tournament of Alexander Zakharov in Tomsk, Russia, in honor of the renowned Russian chess player.
