GM Lorenzo Lodici

Lorenzo Lodici is an Italian chess Grandmaster. He earned his International Master title in 2015 and the Grandmaster title in 2020. He was born on August 25, 2001, and began playing chess at a young age. Lodici achieved significant victories in various tournaments. He ended up on the podium of the Italian Youth Championships several times and was the Italian U20 Champion in 2018. He also participated in the World U16 Championship in 2017, finishing in ninth place. Despite his young age, he has taken on several roles in the management of chess, becoming a member of the federal council of the Italian Chess Federation in 2020.
