Sina Movahed is an Iranian chess grandmaster, born in 2010, and the youngest Iranian ever to hold the title. He won the Iranian under-8 blitz championship, and at ten - seeded tenth of sixteen - won the 2020 FIDE World Youth Rapid Championship, held online during the pandemic. A near-300 point rating climb brought the FIDE Master title at thirteen, and by January 2024 he was an International Master inside the world's top hundred juniors.

The Grandmaster title followed in October 2024. In March 2026 he won his first Titled Tuesday tournament, beating a field that included Magnus Carlsen and Denis Lazavik along the way.
