Grzegorz Nasuta is a Polish chess Grandmaster. He was born on December 24, 1990, in Zabrze, Poland. Nasuta won the European Youth Chess Championship in the U14 category, which took place in Herceg Novi in 2005.
Nasuta has been placed in several renowned tournaments. He ended up 4th in the Polish Championships in 2012. He achieved the 1st place in Rubinstein Memorial in 2018, and in the same year, he also won the silver medal in the European Rapid Chess Championships.
Outside of professional chess, Nasuta graduated from the Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics and Computer Science at the Silesian University of Technology. He later obtained a Ph.D. in technical sciences, specializing in automatic control and robotics in 2021.
