Jonathan Frederick Parker is a British chess player who became a Grandmaster (GM) in 2001. Born on March 29, 1976, he started playing chess at an early age. Among numerous achievements, he became the British champion in 1995. A year later, he won the World Junior Chess Championship silver medal, and in 2000, he took a bronze medal in the European Individual Chess Championship.
