Julian Plamenov Radulski was a Bulgarian chess Grandmaster. He was born on 24 May 1972 in Ruse, Bulgaria and died on 28 February 2013. The highlights of his career include winning the Bulgarian Chess Championship in 1994 and representing Bulgaria in several Chess Olympiads. He also won the Agzamov Memorial in 2008. The tragic end of his career came when he was barred from chess tournaments in 2011 due to his unusually high statistical deviation observed through cheating detection methods. However, these allegations later turned out to be caused by his deteriorating health condition, which eventually took his life in 2013.
