Dušan Rajković, born October 7, 1949, is an International Correspondence Chess Grandmaster from Serbia. He is a notable player in correspondence chess, otherwise known as chess by mail, email or on online servers. Rajković secured his Grandmaster title in 1984, making him one of the earliest players to earn this prestigious honour.
Rajković started his journey with chess in the mid-1960s, initially playing traditional chess before moving to correspondence chess by the late 70s. Throughout his career, he played in various top-level correspondence chess competitions. He particularly shined in the 13th Correspondence Chess Olympiad, where he contributed significantly to Yugoslavia's silver medal win.
Rajković's contributions extend beyond playing. He's also a chess author and educator who has written multiple books to share his knowledge and passion for the game. Among his works are "Echecs par correspondence" and "Correspondence Chess in Britain and Ireland, 1824-1987", which he co-authored with Tim Harding.
