Vugar Rasulov is an Azerbaijani International Grandmaster (GM) in chess. Rasulov was born in Baku, Azerbaijan in 1985. He became an International Master in 2003 and a Grandmaster in 2005. He has won several notable chess tournaments, including the Alushta Winter 2004, the Hastings Chess Congress 2006/07, and the Cappelle-la-Grande Open in 2008.
