Bin-Sattar Reefat (Born October 30, 1974) is a Bangladeshi chess player who became a Grandmaster (GM) in 2008. Reefat was the first Bangladeshi to win the GM title in classic time control chess. He has won numerous awards, including the Bangladesh Chess Championship a total of ten times between 1993 and 2011.
Apart from his victories in national competitions, Bin-Sattar Reefat has won many notable awards and tournaments internationally. He was awarded the titles of International Master (IM) and Fédération Internationale des Échecs (FIDE) Master by the World Chess Federation. He has represented Bangladesh in multiple Chess Olympiads and Asian Team Chess Championships.
Reefat is also active in chess administration and development. He is working as a chess coach and an organizer of Progoty Central Chess Club in Bangladesh. He was elected as the General Secretary of the Bangladesh Chess Players' Association in February 2019.
