Ivan Rozum is a Russian chess Grandmaster who was born on October 19, 1987. He has been successful throughout his career, including winning the Tigran Petrosian Memorial in 2016 and the Nakhchivan Open in 2017. Throughout his professional career, he has played in multiple championships and international competitions such as the Moscow Open and European Individual Chess Championship.
Rozum has also played on board 3 for Moscow Oblast in the Russian Team Championship Premier League. Other significant achievements include reaching the third round of the World Cup in 2017, defeating notable players such as Grandmaster Anton Korobov and Grandmaster Radoslaw Wojtaszek.
He was part of the team that won the 2019 Russian Team Championship and he also shared first place, with five other players, in the Moscow Open 2020.
