Sadhwani started playing chess at the age of 5. His talent was recognized early on, and he was given an opportunity to participate in the 2014 World Schools Chess Championship, where he bagged the gold medal. He continued to shine on the international stage, placing third in the World Youth Chess Championship under-10 category.
Sadhwani has also won the Mumbai Mayor's Chess title twice, the Maharashtra State Chess Championship, and the National Under-11 Chess Championship in India. He is considered one of the brightest prospects in Indian chess.
