Jakub Seemann is a Polish chess grandmaster. He won the under-16 section of the 2023 World Youth Championship with a commanding 9.5/11 and a performance rating of 2602, and tied for first in the under-18 section two years later.

His final Grandmaster norm came at the Dole Trophy in July 2025, completed with a draw against grandmaster Pavel Eljanov, and the title was awarded later that year.
