Christophe Sochacki is a French chess Grandmaster and Fédération Internationale des Échecs (FIDE) trainer. He was born on December 11, 1985, in Paris, France. He was awarded the International Master title in 2007 and earned his Grandmaster title in 2017.


Sochacki achieved notable victories in various championships throughout his career. In 2004, he was a silver medalist in the World Junior Chess Championship held in Greece. In 2008, he represented France in the Chess Olympiad and scored an excellent 8/11 at the Dubai Open.


He won the French National Chess Championship in 2009 and the French Blitz Chess Championship in 2014. He has played in the French Chess Championship's National group multiple times, achieving his best result by finishing in the second position in 2018.


In addition to his successful chess career, Sochacki is known as an accomplished chess coach. He works as a head coach at l'Échiquier de Paris and gives individual lessons. His focus on the chess education contributes to the development of young chess talents in France.
