Luis Paulo Supi is an International chess Grandmaster from Brazil. He was born on April 2, 1996 in Catanduva, São Paulo. Supi earned the title of International Master in 2013, and in 2017 he became a Grandmaster. He disclosed that he had received guidance from fellow Brazilian Grandmaster Rafael Leitão and Sergey Kudrin, a Grandmaster from the United States, via Skype.
Some of his most notable accomplishments include winning the title of the under-16 South American Youth Chess Championship and the under-17 Brazilian chess championship in 2012. He also represented Brazil at two Chess Olympiads, in 2016 and in 2018.
