Milosz Szpar is a Polish chess grandmaster. His norms came at the Monteolivete Open in July 2023, the Menorca Open in April 2024 and the Trofeo Principado de Asturias in May 2025, with the title awarded in August 2025.

In June 2024 he won the FISU World University Championship in Entebbe ahead of Yovann Gatineau and Benjamin Defromont, having earlier led the Maharashtra GM tournament deep into the event in 2023.
